Estudio Muñiz presents a new specialized publication, following its previous work on fashion law and startup regulation. This time, the focus is on sports law. We analyze the legal framework applicable to sports activities in Peru (intellectual property, labor law, sports betting, player transfers in football, among other topics), which encompasses new aspects and trends.
