Indecopi sanctions Nissan: Is it mandatory to have a complaints book on digital platforms?

Alex Sosa, partner of the Advertising, Consumption and Privacy area, comments that, according to Indecopi’s new criteria, companies must enable the virtual complaints book in their digital platforms, even if they do not carry out commercial transactions, in order to avoid sanctions.
