Accessing personal information of colleagues without authorization is not a reason for dismissal
César Puntriano, senior partner of the Labor Law and Social Security practice area, comments on the Supreme Court’s decision stating that a worker who accesses personal information of co-workers without their authorization cannot be dismissed.
