MTPE: Verbal employment contract is considered indefinite

Ricardo Herrera, senior partner and head of the Labor Law and Social Security practice area, comments on the clarification made by the MTPE which indicates that any relationship of labor subordination is presumed to be a verbal or written indefinite-term employment contract, with the exception of those that are subject to a fixed-term contract.
