Melissa Morán, a lawyer and member of the Mining and Sustainable Development Practice Group at Estudio Muñiz, gave a lecture on the “Legal Regime applicable to Mining Concessions” at the Winter Course in Mining Law 2019. The event was organized by the Centro de Derecho de Minería, Energía y Recursos Hídricos– Cedemin, and the School of Law of Universidad de San Martín de Porres.
