Our main office, located in the city of Lima, capital of Peru, is in the heart
of the financial district of San Isidro. A number of important entities, like
banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, multinational companies,
hotels and malls, have their offices or are located in this area, that covers a
vast portion of the district of San Isidro.
Some 250 people, including both legal and administrative personnel, work in our
office and receive all the necessary support to discharge their functions. The
growth rate experienced every year by our organization has obliged us to create
a number of mechanisms intended to promptly resolve any problem that may arise.
One of our main concerns is to constantly improve our infrastructure in order
to provide an adequate service to our clients. We are referring not only to
material improvements, but to state-of-the-art technology.
Our modern video conference equipment allows us to communicate with any person
from our own office. We are currently implementing the Intranet and Extranet
systems, which will expedite communications with our clients.
