In addition, the corporate area has gained specialized knowledge in the planning and implementation of client-tailored solutions on good corporate governance and the professionalization of family corporations. To this end, the firm has entered into a strategic alliance agreement with Proteus Management Consulting, founded by Mr. Gonzalo Jiménez Seminario, Director of Adolfo Ibáñez University Family Enterprise Center, in Chile.
