Labor and Social Security

Our labor law division experts deal with all matters related to the hiring of workers, providing advice on labor rights and obligations, contracts, and work visas for foreign personnel. They actively participate with our clients in collective bargaining processes, providing advisory services with regard to all labor and social security matters, including payment of contributions to and filing of claims with the Peruvian Social Security Health Institute (EsSalud), aspects related to the private pension and health systems, and labor judicial proceedings.
