Kuntur Transportadora de Gas
We provide legal advice on the project carried out by Kuntur Transportadora de Gas for the construction of a 200 MW thermal power plant which will guarantee the supply of natural gas to southern regions in Peru. This project involves an investment of US$200 million.

BPZ Energy Inc. (BPZ)
BPZ Energy is an oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Houston, Texas, which has entered into license agreements for the exploration and production of oil and gas in four blocks located in northwestern Peru, covering an area of approximately 2.4 million acres. We provide comprehensive legal advice in relation to the natural gas-driven electric power generation project located in the department of Tumbes, which is aimed at generating 180 MW of electricity. This project requires an investment of around US$180 million.

Distriluz Group
The Distriluz Group brings together State companies engaged in the distribution of electric power, and has 1 million customers. We provide legal advice to each of the companies comprising the Distriluz Group, which are engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of electric power.

Swiss Hydro S.A.
Swiss Hydro S.A. will enter into a concession agreement for the installation of two hydroelectric power plants with an installed capacity of 20 MW. This project requires an investment of US$10 million.

Minsur S.A.
Minsur will install a natural gas pipeline and build a thermoelectric power plant in the city of Pisco, with an installed capacity of 10 MW. This project will require an investment of US$4 million.

Votarantim Metais Ltda.
We conducted a due diligence examination of electric activities in the Atacocha and Poderosa mines. We also provided legal advice in relation to the construction of the Quitaracsa hydroelectric power plant.

Corporación Minera del Perú S.A.
Corporación Minera del Perú S.A. filed an application to obtain, extend and update the legal requirements applicable to its hydroelectric power plant in the city of Huaraz. It is also planning to apply for a concession to build a new hydroelectric power plant. This project requires an investment of US$5 million.

Consorcio Minero Horizonte S.A.
Consorcio Minero Horizonte S.A. requested authorization from the Ministry of Energy and Mines to build a power plant with an installed capacity of 7.5 MW. This project requires an investment of US$6 million.

Isagen S.A.
Isagen S.A. began its internationalization process with the installation of a power generating plant in Peru, with an estimated investment of US$200 million.

Shougan Hierro Perú S.A.A.
Shougan Hierro Perú S.A.A. expanded its thermoelectric power plant to 200 MW using natural gas or residual gas, with an estimated investment of US$300 million.
