Our Administrative and Municipal Law Practice Group deals with all matters related to Administrative Procedures in the different economic sectors. It is of utmost importance to handle Administrative Law matters at three Government levels: Central Government, Regional Governments and Local Governments, in order to obtain a State decision in keeping with the right to petition and the claims lodged by our clients.

This practice group is in charge, inter alia, of obtaining all kinds of administrative authorizations and permits or, as stated above, a State decision. Our work team is responsible for providing the best advice on the exercise of the aforesaid right to petition, including authorization to file applications to best serve the interests of our clients, file appeals against Administrative Resolutions, request information from the competent authorities, make inquiries, carry out Administrative Procedures in general, and provide advice to our clients regarding said procedures.

We also provide advice to National Public Entities in relation to their organization, functioning and procedures for the rendering of public services and the implementation of infrastructure projects.
