Our Energy and Mines division includes lawyers with broad international experience in oil, gas, mining and electric power activities, including specialists in contractual, tax, labor and environmental matters. This group is in charge of negotiating service and license contracts with the Peruvian and other governments worldwide, joint venture agreements, and service contracts with subcontractors, both in Peru and abroad. Our Firm represents most oil companies that are currently engaged in production activities in Peru, and several other companies that have important petroleum exploration projects. We are also actively involved in the outstanding development of the mining and electric power sectors in Peru, representing major national and foreign companies in these sectors.
