Our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group is formed by a team of attorneys that represents our clients before the Justice Department for the resolution of constitutional, contentious-administrative, civil, corporate and commercial conflicts, including the representation before the Constitutional Court and Courts of Arbitration. Our attorney’s experience and broad knowledge of substantive and procedural law allow them to achieve the best possible litigation results and eventually resolve conflicts in a friendly way to avoid judicial actions or arbitrations procedures wherever possible.
