Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Practice Group
Our Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Practice Group is formed by a team of attorneys with sound academic training in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure and extensive professional experience in the legal steps to be taken with the police, district attorneys and judicial authorities, which has allowed us to become thoroughly acquainted with the operation of Peru's judicial system, as our team even includes former members of the various entities involved in the administration of justice.
Our lawyers are constantly training themselves in order to be informed of the latest changes in criminal law, criminal procedure and criminal doctrine, including jurisprudence trends, which allows us to provide a comprehensive and efficient legal service. Moreover, the lawyers who are part of the Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Practice Group have great analysis, interpretation and conflict handling skills, as evidenced by the success achieved in the cases entrusted to us by our clients.

- Preparation, filing and follow-up of accusations with the National Police and/or Office of the Attorney General.
- Legal defense based on a legal and factual strategy for preliminary investigations and/or criminal proceedings brought against the legal representative and/or officers of a company, in order to achieve a successful result.
- Comprehensive defense in criminal proceedings requiring extra-criminal specialization, such as defense of corporate, tax, customs, environmental and other crimes.
- Handling of constitutional proceedings (Habeas Corpus), to protect the fundamental rights of a person.
