The Pension Area looks after the judicial, civil, criminal, and constitutional
claims lodged against the Pension Standardization Office and the different
State companies and entities regarding pension rights managed by the National
Pension System, and additionally involves pension regimes like the one embraced
by Decree Law No. 20530, and the application of special laws like the Mining
Retirement Law, the Occupational Accidents' Law, among others.
