• BELLSOUTH PERU: Filing of an appeal against a resolution that ordered the payment of a US$23 million royalty for the use of the radioelectric spectrum. The Ministry of Transport, Communications, Housing and Construction reconsidered its initial position and resolved that the collection of said amount was inadmissible.

 

• LIMATEL in association with WORLD INTERNET SECURE KEY (WISekey): Implementation of a digital signature and certificate system in the country, in association with a leading company specialized in digital certification. Currently underway.

 

• AVANTEC: Advice on the process required to select the operator and obtain a concession for the installation and operation of rural telephone services in 900 localities to the north of Peru, with a US$12 million investment.

 

• PERUSAT: Process for the interconnection with Impsat under a switch partitioning system.

 

• PERUSAT: Process for the provision of telecommunication services under a card system.

 

• PERUSAT: Process for the interconnection with Telefónica del Perú according to orders given by the regulatory body.

 

• PERUSAT: Advice on and negotiation of an indirect interconnection process with several mobile telephone operators for the long-distance call routing service.

 

• RED CIENTIFICA PERUANA: Defense under a guaranty action brought against a legal rule whereby the management of the country code .pe was expropriated (management of domain names that include .pe). We managed to have the legal rule modified and the management of the country code .pe restored to Red Científica Peruana.

 

• E-BUSINESS INTERCHANGE ZONE: Structuring of the first business to business portal for the mining sector (b2mining.com) in the region.

 

• GRUPO A NOVO / GLOBE COMMUNICATIONS / GENERAL ELECTRONIQUE: Implementation of post-sale services for the repair and maintenance of terminal and telecommunications equipment.

 

• GRUPO A NOVO: Legal scheme regarding the processing fee payable for mobile equipment in Peru, originating from the United States.

 

• ITDG: Legal analysis on the improvement of telecommunication conditions in rural areas. Counsel to the Peruvian State.

 

• INFODUCTOS Y TELECOMUNICACIONES: Advice on the contract for the interconnection of the fixed telephony service with the fixed telephony and long-distance network of Telefónica del Perú.

 

• DIGITAL WAY: Advice on the comprehensive band migration process for the rendering of local carrier services.
