Our tax division works together with members of our Accounting Service division
area and the officers and outside counsel of our clients to devise corporate
tax strategies. This work system has allowed us to meet the challenge involved
in the legal design of our clients' new business activities and investment
projects, dealing not only with their tax cost in Peru, but also with that of
neighboring markets.
We represent our clients in due diligence processes and tax audits, and
negotiate, on their behalf, the payment of tax debts by installments. We also
represent our clients in procedures brought with the Tax Administration and the
Judiciary.
