The opening of the agricultural sector to private investment and the
outstanding growth of agroindustrial activities in Peru resulted in the
organization of a new specialized division within our Firm. This new group is
in a capacity to provide integral advice on a number of agroindustrial matters,
including agrarian law, water legislation, real rights (rights in rem), health
and administrative authorizations, foreign trade, and related matters.
